Your Fabulous Wedding provides a full planning service that includes everything you need for your dream wedding. I take care of every detail from sourcing the venue and other suppliers, advising on wedding etiquette, managing guest lists and RSVPs, right through to the placement of the last name card on the big day.
I will undertake every aspect of planning your wedding on your behalf but with your vision of your special day in mind. You will always retain full control of your wedding and all the final decisions sit with you.
It’s important to me that you have the best suppliers so I also provide very practical hands on support to find them for you. I will then work closely with them to ensure they are clear on your requirements, as well as working with them on timings and set up on the day.
On your wedding day I take responsibility for the full set up at your venue, so you can relax and enjoy getting ready knowing someone is focused on every little detail on your behalf.
I also offer an On the Day Management service as well as Consultancy services which are tailored to your needs.
I am based in South Yorkshire but am very happy to travel to help couples in other locations.

Primrose 1510 is a mobile bar offering
£550 + 50p per mile out of 30 mile radius / TEN £21) if applicable (£250 refundable deposit to secure booking )
Primrose 1510- will deliver & set up bar according to your requirements – for example – generator for electrics bluetooth, for your choice of music , bottle cooler holds 250 bottles for your party , plastic glasses included ( glassware can be hired ) , ice bucket, any props or candle s, bunting etc
Customer – will purchase required stock & arrange manning of bar for the event
£250 + 50p per mile out of 30 mile radius / TEN £21) if applicable (£250 nonrefundable cost to secure booking ) (subject to a minimum spend £750 which is easily achievable )
Primrose 1510 will deliver & set up bar according to your requirements & provide a stocked bar service manned for your event , and include a variety of alcoholic beverages as standard for your event
Bottle- Red & white wine, prosecco , beers, larger, ale, cider, soft drinks & mixers
Optics- Gin, Vodka, Whiskey, Rum
Extras- We are happy to collect you a keg ( holding approx 75 pints ) or a polypin ( holding approx 35 pints ) from local breweries – this will be payable upfront with the £250 for the bar

The three of us set up Special Day Films in 2005, jumping in at the deep end and rubbing shoulders with royalty at Tom Parker Bowles & Sarah Buys’ wedding. Since then we’ve filmed weddings all over the country, in all kinds of venues, for people with all kinds of budgets.
For this reason, every wedding we now film is tailored entirely to you and the things that you’re passionate about, whether that’s a love of all things rock & roll, offbeat love stories, or simply a determination to throw out the clichés and have a wedding day that’s as individual as you are.

What seems to be most popular is full day coverage edited into a highlights film (with your choice of music), with longer films from the day edited together for extras to go on the USB stick/BluRay/DVD. Each wedding is as different as the couple planning it though, so just get in touch so we can decide together what’s best for you.
If having a film is important to you but you’re on a tight budget, we will try and work out something that suits you – DIY weddings are great fun!

Chapelgarth Estate is a unique wedding venue, at the foot of the North Yorkshire Moors. This Edwardian house is available for exclusive use and can be booked by close family for one or two nights before and after the Big Day – sleeping 17. As a licensed venue Chapelgarth Estate can be hired for wedding ceremonies, civil partnerships and/or blessing as well as for the wedding breakfasts. Our Artist’s Studio can accommodate 70 for a meal and up to 80 for the wedding ceremony. Our extensive grounds with the view of the Cleveland hills can also accommodate a marquee or tipi for weddings up to 140. These can be set up on the front lawn, in our secret garden or in one of our fields, which enjoy breathtaking views of the Cleveland Hills.
Main St Café takes the mobile coffee experience to the next level, providing luxury coffee and artisan bakes at your wedding party and family events. We are not just another mobile coffee van, we mean it when we say “bespoke”……we tailor our 3 wheel Italian Piaggio “coffee cart and treat truck” to suit you.
Using only the highest quality equipment and products we provide a great service in coffee and artisan bakes served to your guests at the Church after the ceremony when you are busy having the photographs taken ……or later at your reception venue where we can serve afternoon tea.
If however you are considering a “street food” wedding breakfast, we can support your special day by providing a “pudding club” with gourmet coffee refreshments at the venue. We are not in this industry to sit on our laurels, we’re here to think different, be different and to deliver an experience like no other …….time and time again.
